Are these just like “Building Permit” Leads?

No, They are much better than building permits. Our leads contain better information such as the Owners and Architects Name and Phone number, not just the builder/contractors info. Also, with building permits, you have to wade through hundreds of permits before you find a good one. We do that work for you and send you only the best, highest quality opportunities that you can call on right now. Also, Our leads are Commercial/Retail only. We provide no single family residential leads.

How Many and How Much?

The number of leads you receive each week will vary between 10 and 20, depending on which county and the types of leads you are looking for. We Charge $150 per Month for each Major Texas County such as; Harris, Dallas, Tarrant, Bexar, and Travis Counties. We also offer very aggressive “Multi-County” Discounts. For Example; receive Harris, Ft. Bend, Brazoria, Galveston, Montgomery Counties at 50% off regular per county price.

Am I locked into a long term commitment?

No, We have No Contracts. Go Month to Month if you like or Save 25% if you pay 1 year in advance. Our leads are sent via email every week in either pdf or word and you can stop receiving them whenever you want without a penalty.
